The grand opening for the "Moments" show at Synergy was a success. Many people attended and enthusiastically inquired about the series. People were very receptive about knowing the theme and process of the works. I thank the hosts and facility proprietress of Synergy for giving me the opportunity to show my work. I am also greatful for the facilitators to have promoted me on Good Times Santa Cruz magazine and FirstFridaySantaCruz.com.

The First Friday in Santa Cruz's South of Water Street (SoWat) is a thriving event that happens every month. They host several shows at different venues that supports local artists. The support to local artists is very important in creating a better community that is willing to integrate and acknowledge visual and performance art as an essential part of local culture.
